The company has grown to be Allianz' Center Excellence that actively manages legacy liabilities and capital by providing customized reinsurance solutions which creates value to both our internal and external clients. Our key market in US, where we are present with Allianz Reinsurance America, Inc. - which is a separately rated entity providing reinsurance solutions in the US legacy market.

Our US teams provide exceptional claims and technical expertise for legacy liabilities. We reinsure and manage those legacy portfolios as well as provide third-party claims administration (TPA) services to companies that need expert claims management for complex claims and long tail risks. As Allianz’ Center of Excellence, we oversee claims and insurance resolution management activities for internal and external clients, actively manage legacy run-off insurance portfolios optimization, assess and undertake additional internal and external reinsurance portfolios as a risk taker or as a third party claims administrator. We use state-of-the-art systems and ensure that all activities are being processed and serviced in a timely and professional manner.
Our capabilities include the handling of a broad mixture of claims like asbestos, environmental pollution, health hazard, construction defect, workers compensation, commercial general liability, excess/umbrella and professional liability, which may include product liability, under both primary and excess liability policies. We use industry-leading tools to manage complex litigation.
