As Allianz Re's business starts to recover from the hammering it has taken during the Covid-19 pandemic, Holger Tewes-Kampelmann , global chief executive of the reinsurer is placing fresh emphasis on Asia.
"Asia is an important part of our assumed business .. the third party business is a good complementary fit for our group business, and that's why on third party side Asia remains our most important market. It is important for diversification," he said.
