The Executive Committee is the management body of Allianz SE’s Reinsurance and reflects the organization’s global setup.
Its members include the Functional Board (CEO, President, CFO, CRO, COO, CUO and CMO), and the location office managers. All are formally appointed by the CEO and Board Member representing Allianz SE Reinsurance in the Allianz SE Holding Board.
The president of Allianz SE Reinsurance will assume the responsibility for all aspects of the day to day management.
